How does The Vault Concierge service work?
Once you provide us with details about what you’re looking for, including your budget, we use our expertise and resources to curate a selection of items tailored to your preferences. From there, you choose the perfect piece, and we handle the rest.
Is there a deposit required for the service?
Yes, a deposit is required to begin the concierge service. For items under $5,000, the deposit is $500. For items over $5,000, the deposit is $1,000. This deposit will be applied toward the final purchase price of your selected item(s).
What happens if I don’t choose an item?
If no item meets your needs, your deposit can be refunded minus a $250 service fee, or it can be converted into store credit for future purchases or applied toward another search.
Are the items guaranteed authentic?
Absolutely. All items are thoroughly vetted, with handbags including certificates of authenticity and jewelry reviewed by a certified gemologist.
Can I request gift wrapping or special packaging?
Yes! All items can be delivered gift-ready, beautifully wrapped, and presented in our signature black velvet packaging or a packaging of your preference given the occasion!
What types of items can I request through the concierge?
The service is ideal for handbags, jewelry, or unique luxury gifts, but we’re happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible.
How long does the process take?
The timeline depends on the type of item and its availability. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way to ensure a smooth experience.
